My Pc has a AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series Display adapter will this support a ASUS PB277Q, WQHD (2560 x 1440) Monitor

Go to the specific card model site page, and see the specs / manual. I imagine it will support that resolution, but only via specific cable and input type (e.g. dual DVI or HDMI 1.4).
