AMD Radeon 7870 Stuck Installing

On the AMD Driver install from the disk, it has been on the 'Installing Components' part of the install for ages now and I'm getting worried.

Any help here, suggestions why it may be taking so long?

cancel your driver installation..
maybe some component have conflict..

erase your AMD driver with driver sweeper..(http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html)
and try to install your driver once more again..

Thankyou for your response It turns out I'd only connected one of the two 6 pin connectors properly onto the back...I guess I'll know for next time
