AMD radeon 7970 2gb runs slowly assassins creed 4 black flag

i have amd radeon 6970 2gb 16gb ram and free space for 30 gb i want best graphics but when i play assassins creed 4 black flag it runs slowly explain me how to set those fxaa's and god rays and other graphic settings

Assasins creed is a very GPU intensive game and it also isnt very well optimized for the pc 🙁 so you'll need a very good GPU to run it smoothly
