I'm planning on buying a cybertron PC with this card and want to know if it works well
I don't plan in playing high end games (cod wow) but games like half life 2 or gta 3

how much frames per second you think i could get on these games??
and how old is the radeon 8400??

the thing is, I'm looking for a good computer with a good graphics card for under $500.
Do you have any recommendations??

It will run TF2 fine, CS GO maybe if you turn down some settings.

Those games, especially TF2, are CPU-bound. I had a sandybridge i3 at 1.4ghz and it ran TF2 like crap (30-40fps which is not good for online) when paired with a 720M, meanwhile a 9500GT DDR2 (a slower card) ran that game at 100fps when paired with an i3 at 3.3ghz.

The fact that you have a 8400, I guess you have an AMD apu, which might be similarly lower clocked. Try TF2 and see, it's free and you can turn up the graphical settings except anti-aliasing (if aliasing bothers you just force MLAA through Catalyst). Make sure you enable multi core support in the settings.

I don't know. Any APU with integrated graphics that old is bound to be slow. I'm more worried about the price he's willing to pay for it. $500 is a plain rip off.

I want to reiterate. I'm looking for a PC for less than $500 but the one I'm looking at ( cybertronpc laZer dt2294) is $379.99

I looked at the link on your reply, but I don't know how to build my own PC. Like what connects with what and what if I
Screw something up?

Are you looking for a laptop or desktop PC?

If it's a desktop we can help you build one within a budget and if you buy everything from the same store, usually (for a fee) they will assemble it together for you.

I'm looking for a desktop PC.
What stores or websites could they assemble it for me?

I can't help you with that, I just know that there are some that do it.
For a desktop PC I would get something like an AMD A10-7650K or 7850K, they both have integrated graphics that are miles beyond the 8400, and are good cpus for the price.

Do you think the radeon 8400 be better than intel integrated graphics or the hd 8330?
