AMD Radeon Crashes?

When I go to my AMD Radeon settings, I will hit the "Display" tab, then it seems like it will start to load, but then Radeon crashes.

I keep trying to update from 16.6 to 17.4.4, but it always errors and prompts "The selected driver failed to detect the current configuration." I've tried installing the drivers from the website directly, but it still doesn't work...
