AMD Radeon Graphics Card Not Connected

I have an HP ProBook 450 G1 with an AMD Radeon HD 8750m. When I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 several months ago, I kept getting an INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR BSOD. I did something to uninstall the AMD driver or card, and since then, I haven't been able to find it on my computer. Under the Device Manager, I found that the driver was hidden. In the Properties, I found that both Is Present and Is Connected were false. How do I get it working again?

In device manager, wherever you found the adapter, right click on it and select "Update Driver Software" while connected to the internet. That should automatically download and install the latest driver for the device.

I tried that, and it updated, but it still wasn't able to find the graphics card. Since then, I've uninstalled the driver in favor of doing a clean install, but the card still isn't detected by the AMD autodetect utility. It's almost as if I physically unplugged the graphics card, but I know I never did.

If it's updated it means it HAS detected the graphics card, because that's the only way it can know which drivers to download.
Press Windows+R to open the Run prompt. Type "dxdiag" and hit enter. On the popup there should be tab "Display", and under it it should list your graphics card. If it doesn't and lists something along the lines of "VGA adapter", then reinstall the driver by doing what I said in the previous post and it should appear. If it does appear, then it means the device is recognised by Windows.

The problem isn't that the driver is gone; it's that the whole graphics card seems to be gone. I thought the driver updated, but I'm not sure. But the driver was there until yesterday when I uninstalled it; it just said it had nothing to connect to. When I ran dxdiag, it showed Intel HD Graphics 4600, which is the other graphics card, but it didn't show the Radeon.
I've tried running the driver package from HP for my computer, but it doesn't work, because it doesn't find the graphics card.
I can't get Catalyst Control Center to work either. Under Add or Remove Programs, it says it's unavailable.

So it seems is the your laptop is using the integrated graphics instead of the dedicated graphics

Try the solution of the link posted above.
"1. Right Click on Desktop
2. Select nVidia Control Panel
3. In left panel select "Manage 3D Settings"
4. In right panel select Global Tab
5. Under "Preferred Graphics Processor" select "Auto-Select" and hit APPLY button

Now try again and see if it properly selects correct GPU. If not

6. Repeat steps 1 thru 3 above
7. In right panel select "Program Settings" tab
8. Under section 1., check the box for "only programs on this computer"
9. then hit the "Add" button and find the program that you want to run on nVidia card
10 Go down to section 2. and select nVidia processor"

I don't have an nVidia processor. Apparently I'm supposed to use Catalyst Control Center to switch the graphics, but it won't install since it doesn't detect the card.

Did you find any solution to this problem?
I'm in deep miss, because I live in a third world country, and that may explain it all.

Please, help me.
