AMD Radeon HD 6450 in Optiplex 755

Could I replace my ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro with the AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB? Both are low profile, but I am wondering if the HD 6450 would work in my Dell Optiplex 755 (https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Optiplex-755-Desktop-Bundle/dp/B00UQTP0KK). I am also upgrading the RAM to 8GB if this has any effect on the answer. Thanks for any response!
