AMD Radeon HD 6670 1gb gddr5/ddr3. Can my PC run it?

Well, I wanna buy a new graphics card for my pc and I wonder if my pc could handle the AMD Radeon hd 6670 1gb ddr3/gddr5 (Both).

So, here is my pc specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: Intel(R) Core(2) CPU 4400 @ 2.00Ghz 2.01 Ghz
Ram: 2gb ddr2
system type: 32-Bit Operating System
Motherboard model: ga VM900m
PSU: ATX-480w
PCI express x16 slot

Yes it could handle it, though unless you are getting it real cheap, there are better solutions on the market.
