AMD Radeon HD 6670 2 GB to tv

hello
i want to buy a tv and connect it to my pc.
I have AMD Radeon HD 6670 2 GB with HDMI , VGA and DVI-I (dual link) ports.
I dont need my pc for gaming or anything extreme(mainly Word ,Autocad and watching movies online). I plan to buy around 40-43 inch tv (100-110 cm) and HD (1920*1080) . Which tv should i
buy? What port to use ? And can my PC handle that?
My PC specs:
AMD ATHLON II X3 450
M5A78L-M LE
8GB DDR3 RAM SINGLE STICK
Windows 10 Enterprise

HDMI obviously, what most TVs have. High Definition Multimedia Interface. It will carrry video and audio.

You should have no issues running a video output to a TV.

Whatever TV you want to spend money on basically. No real recommendations to make there. I would stay away from the brands that are unknown to you, mostly based on quality issues. So Sharp, LG, Samsung, Sony would be the 'name' brand TVs. Vizio is decent price/quality. TCL is basically primary China TV manufacturer, but they are more of a bargain brand in Europe and NA. And then there will be many more China brands and most "American" brand televisions are cheaply made in China (RCA, Westinghouse, General Electric, etc)

So i plan buy Philips 43PFS5823. Any opinion about that? It is a smart TV (any experience)? Do smart TV chrash? And what then? It is on a sale in a local shop. Sadly TVs under 50" and above 32" rarely get reviewed unless they are from one of the more reputable brands. So there isn't much out there about that particular model.

While technically a European company, I suspect Philips has their TVs made in China and has little to do with the design work beyond software and device intercompatibility. I would probably not consider it. But if it is in your price range it should be an okay display.

An interesting panel. 4K VA, not the standard IPS or PLS of most larger televisions. Seems a step up from the Philips, but again, not a well known manufacturer so only a few reputable reviews of some of their other 4K models:

Since it is a different model you can't take anything you read there as applying to the one you are looking at, but you can get a general sense of quality and maybe a look at the software package.
