Amd Radeon Hd 7540d driver problem

I'm getting problems with my built in graphics card. AMD Radeon HD 7540D. I did update the display adapter driver. I went to the AMD website and I selected auto detect. and I was installing the drivers using the auto detect. after I installed a few minutes. blue screen appeared. 0xa0000001. I did everything. I did uninstall in safe mode. and I still unable to restore the system. using system restore. please help me
