AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series and dual HD monitor

I have AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series GPU, And 2x 24'' FULL HD monitors,

and there is something weird going on the second screen,

Primary screen is connected via DVI, And the second is via HDMI (TRIED VGA W/ dvi Adapter but did not resbond, so now BOTH are showing, but in second screenn, there is scottish looking pattern when there is something ''greenish, and scottish looking pattern'' and the sides on the screen are black, so the image wont full the frame successfully, what makes text somehow blurred looking.

Well, while gaming CS:GO GPU is around 71 celcius, and when surfing it was around 60 degree, with another monitor it is around 40.... so i think
