AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series Problems.

So today i logged in, got a message saying there was a driver update, download driver, it reset video setting and gives me message "AMD Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD Catalyst Control Center." I read on other post here to try uninstalling, using AMD Cleanup to remove everything and reintall. I did that, at the end of installing get some message from windows saying something about driver has no signature or something like that and to download driver from manufacturer, which i did do all this straight from AMD's website, and it restarts, and i still get same error message as before, AMD cannot be started yada yada, i just have no idea what to do at this point.

*i use just the autodetect download driver.

even without signature (which only come with WHQL drivers) you should be able to install the driver. what OS?
