that is not a graphics card

it is the built in gpu part of the processor

And the HD 8370D GPU is very weak in performance terms - - it's definitely no good for gaming.

You need to install a PCI-Express gaming graphics card - and depending on which card you get you may also have to upgrade the PSU if your current one is only a 350w model which is fitted as standard on some CybertronPC Trooper desktop PCs.
