You'd have to add a card if you have a slot. Assuming the board has a PCIe 16x slot. And if your PSU can handle one.

Radeon HD 8370D is the processor graphics included in the A4-6300 APU. As such it is part of the APU and not a "card".

Options to upgrade this are to buy a better APU, although all APU integrated graphics are not much good for more than browsing the internet. For games, I suggest you install an actual video card.
