Hello. I am looking at a laptop with amd radeon hd 8400, and I want to play world of warcraft mists of pandaria and the new expansion pack coming out later this year, and guild wars 2.
What I would like to know if it will play these games I have listed on low to medium settings with playable graphics ( 30+).
thanks much!

I could not say as to whether or not this is true because I have never used this gpu. WoW is typically a pretty easy game to run so I could see it being able to run on the laptop. Same story goes with skyrim. With the settings turned down the game becomes relatively easy to run. Battlefield though I'm not sure could be played on the laptop. The game just tends to be too demanding.

Seems to be unplayable to barely playable in quite a few titles.

At least WOW was 43FPS in Medium. Not sure if you'd get lots of stutter at times though when it gets demanding.

Ive checked out notebookcheck, sadly it does not list guild wars 2 and it only likes wow from 2005, says the year next to the title of game or am I worng not sure. Ive checked out game-debate.com but I am not sure if it is reliable or not.

The AMD 8400 is clearly not meant for gaming. More of a gpu put into the system because it had to have one. Not sure of your budget but you could look at laptops that have a better gpu such as some of the lenovo ideapads, or the Asus ROG series.

I looked at some laptops reviews with amd radeon hd 8400 last night, and on several accounts people said they could play wow mop on medium, skyrim on low, bf4 on low ( not believing that ) and several offer games, can anyone back this information up?
Thanks guys!
I am welcome to all options and comments!

Maintaining at least 30FPS average is the definition of "playable" by most people.

I would suggest tweaking the visual settings to achieve a higher frame rate but that's up to you.
