Can someone give me gaming fps results for AMD Radeon HD 8850m as I cannot find them on notebookcheck or any other site.

Well I have a Dell Inspiron 3537 with i7-4500u and 8850m.I have played Assassin's Creed on max settings(60+ fps) native resolution (1366x768),Black Ops on max(60+ fps),Max Payne 3 on high settings(40-50 fps),Alan Wake on High(35-45 fps),Assassin's Creed II on max only with v-sync and multisampling off(around 60 fps,it is also playable with v-sync on).

also how is the performance of i7 4500u

Well I only played the campaign.If you play online it may stress the CPU more.
My suggestion is to update GPU drivers and make sure the laptop is using the dedicated GPU.
