Hi there, thanks for the replyWhat OS are you working with? If Windows, use DDU, to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) then manually reinstall your GPU driver with the latest sourced from AMD's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
Provided you're working with an AMD branded APU or GPU in your build/system/platform.
My screen got this wierd bright to it, i found that its the radeon software settings that cause those wierd screen brightnessSomething you are running requires that .dll file. Are you trying to use Dolphin emulator, by chance? I'm seeing a lot of posts that talk about that DLL with that emulator.
Although you can download that DLL separately, I don't recommend it. You never know what you're going to get. Check the packages/programs you have download (and hopefully already verified as virus free). You may not have extracted all the necessary files.
