AMD Radeon New Drivers Flicker Blurry Text, White Shadow, and Graphics in Browser and System

I've been down this road, friends. I don't recall what fixed it, probably rolling back my drivers. But then how will I play new games?

I just installed the latest drivers for my AMD 9700 card and now my system experiences this awful blurry flickering white shadow problem. It is most apparent on my Chrome browser where several bookmarks on the bookmarks bar pulse with this disgusting white shadows and flickers.

Even when I take a screenshot these icons continue to flutter and shift IN the screenshot, making me believe that even if I wanted to show you what I meant, I couldn't.

I just finished doing a clean install of my drivers and the problem persists.
Please ease my pain, friends.

Wait what GPU do you have? Is this a FireGL?

I think I figured it out all by myself, for some reason the Color Pixel Format was YCbCr 4:4:4 and when I changed it back to RGB 4:4:4 the problem was instantly fixed.

You can find this setting by going to Catalyst Control Center, clicking My Digital Flat Panels, and finally Pixel Format

I suppose I can't pick my own post as the solution, can an admin do that for me?
