So i would like to ask what,s the difference between these-

and this
why the price is so different.
2nd one is OC but is that worth of 40$?
Or is it brand why they ask higher cost.

Generally you want the DDR5 version, in this case the AMD Radeon R7 not the MSI. The difference, from a quick look, is the MSi is a name brand and the card looks it, and the MSI seller has a much larger amount of feedback, implying you would have less chance of problems buying from them.
