AMD Radeon r7 250 +Intel DG31PR motherboard combination

Does any one have AMD Radeon r7 250 +Intel DG31PR motherboard combination?I am thinking about buying AMD Radeon r7 250 but cannot spend on new motherboadr.Also please suggest me good graphic card for my motherboard.I have 390W cooler master PSU.

You need to upgrade a new PSU, 500watt minimum. For GPU's go for something that is still supported.
