My friend won't stop saying his card is better than mine, and I want to get some actual details to him, as GPU boss isn't that fair, as they tested the card when the drivers were newer and buggier, and I assume the games they test are Nvidia optimized because the 260x has the better specs, but the 760 has the higher frames somehow.
The thing that gives me suspicions about GPU boss is that some of the most reliable specs of the 260x are better than the 760
Higher clock speed 1,100 MHz vs 980 MHz More than 10% higher clock speed
Higher effective memory clock speed 6,500 MHz vs 6,008 MHz Around 10% higher effective memory clock speed
Higher memory clock speed 1,625 MHz vs 1,502 MHz Around 10% higher memory clock speed
Could someone give me a detailed answer, not like The 760 is better, I would like reasons, not Nvidia fanboys commenting:
"OMG the 760 is better cuz it is made by nvidia"
