Just got this Graphics Card and it wont even boot. Big bummer just got it too. So when I turn my pc on with graphics card it boots on for like 10 seconds then just shuts off then reboots again. It will keep on doing it in a cycle unless i forcefully stop it by Powering it off.

Power supply is 600watt BRONZE POWER SUPPLY 80 plus bronze
I've gotten all of this off newegg brand new so I shouldn't be needing to replace anything at all. So for the mean time I'm just using my other graphics card until this problem is solved. Please help me! i want to play games with better quality but cant until this problem is fixed! please help. I also even unplugged everything and started from scratch. still nothing. ):
