I already have an SSD installed.
Most of my games are on SSD and few are on my regular 5400 RPM 1TB HDD.

I am planning to buy this software.
AMD Radeon RAMDisk 64GB

I have 16GB RAM INSTALLED as 2 8GB's.

My question is will this software be of any help really when running games from 1 TB Mechanical HDD and also from SSD ?

Also will I be messing up things or spoiling the RAM by installing this kind of software's.

In terms of performance which I already have , I think I am getting decent output with my MSI-GD65 , CORSAIR VENGANCE PRO 16GB , GTX 770 4GB , 1050 PSU and 500GB SSD.

If this software is worth , I can do that little investment. Is it risk messing up ?

Please suggest

Agreed.

In fact, an SSD only really helps with load times anyway. It helps a lot for games like Skyrim which have frequent load points (jumping around map or entering dungeons/buildings) but for most games a good hard drive is plenty.

Even if it did benefit, it's an incredible PAIN IN THE ASS to use a RamDisk for gaming. You'd need to install the game to the RamDisk, save that, then load it when you want to play the game... can't be any larger than around 10GB so you have enough System RAM left over...

It really is pointless for gaming (over an SSD) so I wish AMD would quit mentioning it in that context.

How about on Mechanical 1TB HDD ?
Will this RAMDisk be any beneficial ??

I was in the assumption that if I have a 12GB RAM and If I allocate 6GB to it then it acts like an caching SSD.For all applications.

Similart to as, some retailer mention on laptops or desktops build as 1TB HDD + 8GB SSD or m-SATA

I've been using AMD Ramdisk VE free version with varying results. The big problem is it's unreliable, and stops loading itself and the saved image at boot. The free version allows a maximum disk size of 4GB, which should be plenty for many games, so try before you buy.
I've used it to try to get faster resolution in Google Earth Street View, and it's glitchier and hangier than running GE from a USB stick. Problem is, programs do not install everything into any chosen directory, but add files to User directories as well, so it all isn't happening inside the RAMDrive or USB stick, which makes it seem pointless, really.
