my PCI Express is x16 but i dont know if it 2.0 or 3.0 so can i use the r7 250 1gb ddr5 on 0a68h motherboard of i975x chipset ?? plz answer meee

The PCI-e type doesn't matter. It will work fine with your motherboard.
