Too many issues with installing the AMD Radeon Settings app. Sometimes failed to load detection driver, failed signature verification, error 99, etc
Reset my laptop twice, booted into safe mode and ran DDU, installed the Driver package from AMD Website, everytime its one error or the other.
Unable to use Radeon RX560 for games. Even cod4 lags.
So is there any alternative to the AMD Radeon Settings application?
Any other application to switch betwwen cards..

Solution
i had a laptop quite some time ago with a radeon GPU that would always fail to install the driver through the installer. what worked for me was to find where the installer extracted all its files (something like C:\AMD\ or similar) and use Device Manager to manually install the driver itself and then run the .exe in the extracted directory to install the control panel app on its own.

edit: noticed someone suggested installing through device manager already. the radeon settings app though should have an installer exe in the extracted folder though
Install manually drivers in device manager.
First uninstall Amd totally
Then go to device manager , locate generic driver or microsoft visual adapter (whatever its called),
Right click update, browse then browse again, locate unpacked amd drivers folder, select it (usually in c or windows patrition), tick include subfolders and press next and let it install.
Now restart laptop and report back.

Tried this once and it says drivers successfully installed. But then there's no Radeon settings app.
