Question AMD Radeon settings doesn't open

I right click, press radeon settings, the icon appears in my task bar and the disappears and nothing opens

I have latest drivers, updated yesterday to see if it will fix. It did nothing.

This is a RX 480 flashed to a RX 580

Uninstall and reinstall the drivers using the latest off of AMD's support site. Might also want to list the VBIOS you used to flash to an RX580. Also state the make and model of your PSU and it's age.

Don't remember any of that, i flashed it a long time ago, don't have the ROM files anymore
PSU is a VS550, bought in 2016, dont see how that has to do with anything but there u go

Was the GPU working fine after flashing the BIOS ? What does it currently say under the DEVICE MANAGER, "Display Adapters" setting entry ? Use the DDU tool, to completely do a CLEAN re-install of the GPU drivers. Do this in SAFE MODE for best results.

It works perfectly, just radeon settings won't open, it use to but i've noticed it doesn't anymore

Okay, that's fine. Then something might be running in the background, which might be interfering with the AMD's control panel, IMO. Check the Task Manager to see what all processes are running.......

Disable any anti-virus/anti-malware software, just for the time being. Restart your PC without any programs running, and then try opening the control panel settings.
