AMD Radeon settings won't open

Desktop with windows 10 home
Msi rx 580 gaming x
ryzen 5 1600
g.skill tridentz 16gb 3200mhz ram
asrock fatality k4 gaming mobo
cooler master g550 m power source
Samsung 250gb evo ssd
Toshiba 1tb hdd

My computer is brand new and it worked fine for the first day but when I turned it on the next day It started having a lot of issues and crashes so I formatted and clean installed the previous drivers that I found on msi's page because amd's manual search won't work.And since then i can't open the amd radeon setting it just opens a blank window and after a while colors and graphics start to crash. What's wrong and how can I fix it?

That's the driver package I am using right now.

It's a regular rx 580 but when i try to manually find drivers on amd's page it gives me the "sorry, something went wrong" message

Just had this problem again after trying the newest AMD update. However, found a solution: updating the Intel Graphics drivers to version 25.20.100.6519 (only other thing I updated was Intel Rapid Storage drivers to version 14.8.16.1063 but I doubt that was the issue).
