Amd radeon wattman settings were restored to default after an unexpected crash

So i have just newly built a pc and it is running perfect but when i play csgo it occasionally crashes. Like my pc justs stops displaying stuff and i have to turn it off by the power button. I have found out that this is most likely a driver. But all the answers are for 400 series amd gpus but i have a rx 580 sapphire nitro. It is not my memory cause ive already run a memory test.

All help would be appreciated

Need full system specs including the power supply brand and model. If anything is overclocked set it to stock speeds.
