AMD Raedeon 7850 OC 2G-5 Sapphire

I bought this graphics card it had a problem so the lab replaced it with
MSI R7850 TWIN FROZER 2GD5 OC

are they the same? or the new one is worse because i know SAPPHIRE is better then MSI

please comment
