Hello I have recently ran into an issue with AMD Relive not recording correctly.

I also have 3 monitors:
1- Connected directly with DVI (Main Monitor)
2- Connected with a HDMI to DVI adapter
3- Connected with Display Port to DVI adapter

The problem:
When recording with Relive there are no performance impacts but it is an issue when viewing the videos. When viewing a video it will freeze/skip( if it isnt just a frozen 1st frame of the video) but continue the play the recorded audio. So far I noticed that it only has trouble recording anything that isnt the Radeon Settings window or the cursor. Anything else like a game, video, or even a window being dragged across the screen will be messed up in the recording. I only just noticed about 3 days ago this was happening and cannot fix it.

What iv'e tried:
-Rebooting
-Reinstalling Drivers after using DDU (current drivers are 17.4.4 just updated)
-Resteating GPU
Specs:
-6600k @4.5ghz
-R9 Fury sapphire (no OC)
-16gb ram
-RM850 Psu

UPDATE: I have discovered something interesting about Relive. All motion on the recording stops unless I move the Radeon Settings window around. This in turn makes the recording look normal but stops the instant i stop moving the window. Here is a video to demonstrate the find.

I really hope to find a solution to this problem.

Thanks!

Solution
The skip/freeze is likely a bug in ReLive and/or the driver build and GPU model having compat issues.

The video not playing is because they use a version of MP4 that requires a Quicktime compatible player/editor.

At any rate these kind of software blunders are common with AMD.

I managed to find a fairly good free tool that can play, edit, and convert the ReLive files, but I don't recall what it was and don't really use ReLive anymore.

I seriously doubt my next GPU will be another AMD one. ShadowPlay is so superior it's not even funny.
