Question AMD Reporting wrong fps?

So I recently installed the new Radeon software (which isn't very good) and it says when I play csgo I have an average framerate of 74.9 fps and my monitor is 75hz which wouldn't be weird if I had vsync on but, I don't. Using MSI after burner's in-game overlay it says I get 200-300 fps. So now my question is: what is my real fps? I am assuming that maybe Radeon is reporting it wrong or I really am only running 75 fps and MSI is just wrong but I'm not sure because games like pubg and rainbow six siege fps averages are right. So I guess I'm looking for people who know which is right and people with the same issue.

Turns out amd doesnt know what fps i am actualy getting probably because i run stretched resoloution so i really am 200-300 fps but amd just assumes it 75
