Question AMD Rewards Help

Im not quite sure where this should go, but I bought a Ryzen 5 2600X around mid june, and got a amdrewards code.

Previously, I bought a RX580 last year for my old build and also recieved a code, but this time when I opened my code, I was led to make a e ticket to amd.

Its been over 2 weeks now, and I have no clue whats going on relating to it. Has anyone else had a issue similar to this- that was resolved?

I think the one I am technically part of is the second one that came about.

I actually participated in the gpu related one in march, but the recent buy in june was part of another giveaway. I even have two separate emails with two separate codes.
