Amd rma provide shipping label?

I requested an rma yesterday for my cpu. They sent a email with the adress where to send it but with no shipping label. Are they supposed to provide it? Should I call them?

I would have just called them if it were me, they'd have the most accurate answer for you in dealing with their rma. Anyone's suggestion here would just be a shot in the dark. Regardless of what's worked for others in the past dealing with an rma, it's ultimately between you and them and no one here would really know the proper course of action to guarantee your rma processes successfully.
