AMD RX 480 ran with a FX 6300, will it bottleneck?

my friend told me about the new gpu release by AMD.

seeing that the price of this GPU is 200 euros, also being said is that it has the performance of a 970 for a way cheaper price.

what i am wondering is is if my FX-6300 BLK edition will be able to keep up with this GPU for just gaming, i am not planning to use VR with this GPU

my clock is OC'd to 4.2 and im currently using a GTX 750 ti along with it and im not impressed by the performance im getting from it
