[SOLVED] AMD Rx 5700 XT Sapphire, screen flickering in games and black screen?

So I just got my AMD Rx 5700 XT installed it, installed the drivers and fired up some games and they all have a screen flickering issue and when I tried to launch other games I got a black screen with a no display found message. Is there any fix to this? Is it just an AMD thing?

Are you on Adrenalin 2020 drivers?

I downloaded the 2019 Adrenalin drivers and installed them and have the same problem

Download the 19.7.5 optional driver from the link and test with it.

Same i have r9 390x saphire tri-x and when opening a game such as league of legends (while in-loading screen for ingame) it black screens and flashes. idk why but it just happens after downloading the 2020 driver.

I'm kinda happy to see I'm not the only one with this problem. I found out that my card runs fine on driver 19.12.1. The driver before the big UI update.

this is common problem in 5700 and 5700xt because of the driver. i updated to latest optional driver, now i have no problem in display and no game freeze or black screens.

I can confirm that the new 20.1.3 drivers fixed the issue, it's not mentioned in the patch notes, but I don't get screen flickering anymore.
