I just upgraded from a GTX 1050ti to a AMD Rx 590, installed latest drivers and started playing games.
Everytime I turn the camera slightly, the FPS drops to under 30.
This happens in RE2, Dead by Daylight and Dark Souls 3, so it's probably due to AMD settings/drivers.
When I reinstall the drivers. The games work fine for about 1 hour, then the problem comes back again.

I used to be 100% fine with most games FPS-wise before I changed the graphics card.
I searched for 2 hours but cant seem to find a solution.
What should I do?
