Despite the RX 590 being about a year old, it does compete with the GTX 1660 Super. Although, in our testing, AMD's card didn't perform quite as well as Nvidia’s new card.

But TH's 1660 Super review contains no results for the 590...

There Are some in gamer Nexus! Look for there. All in all 1660 super is somewhat faster, but 590 will be cheaper after these price cuts, so a good alternative.

Oh guess what Xmas is coming and we want to sell our GPU best get something "new" out and get as many reviews as possible. 1660 super is a bog standard 1660 with faster memory NOTHING ELSE and still only has 6Gb. The RX 590 is 20% cheaper and you get an extra 2Gb Ram. They are roughly on par with fps and what difference there is would matter not a jot. SO the RX is a lot cheaper and offers 2Gb Ram more. so thats what I will be buying
