[SOLVED] AMD RX6800 Low Utility

Hi, I just got a 6800. When playing Battlefield 5, it would get close to 144 but sits around 130 fps range . The GPU utilization is around 40%. Is this normal or what can I do to change it. I also overclocked my 6800.

and why would you overclock it when it's paired with an 8th gen i5? that makes no sense at all

Wow, you really are putting that poor 8400 to work aren't you? xD

Either way though, your CPU is likely out of breath trying to keep your GPU fed.
If it's any consolation, you could technically increase the resolution and get fancier graphics and still run at 130 FPS, this will increase utilization.
