I am low on budget going for used cpus
ryzen 1400 - 56usd
ryzen 1600 - 80usd
ryzen 2600 - 122usd

which one has most value for the money i do have a cooler master hyper 212 cooler as well i will purchase either b350 or b450 mother board and i will pair above mention cpus with rx570 or rx580 if budget allowed

i also want to stream games like dota2 i am doing it right now with my i5 2500k+8gnram+gtx 660

going up to 2600 would restrict my budget for new gpu for few months

I would recommend to go with the 1600 (1600x if possible as they are almost the same price most of time) and get a b450 or a used b470 mobo.

This way you can always upgrade in the future for a better CPU without the need to buy a new mobo

Sir please tell us your budget for the computer so that we can estimate which is better for you.

However for me I would go for Ryzen 2600 than those 1st gen CPU's it has 6 cores and 12 threads so its good for multi-tasking and games so since you mention streaming this is the CPU to go for since you are doing multi-tasking loads and games, and the 2nd are more refined and more efficient than the 1st gen, however 3rd gens are more better but with a budget that is limited 2600 is best thing to go to. And getting a good MOBO B450 or B350 is good.

Specially with the MOBO 4XX Series and 3XX series can now support 3rd gen Through BIOS Update. So it would be better to get these MOBO than getting a expensive X570.

recommend any changes in this

ryzen 1600 + rx 580 + 16gb ram

usage for gaming + streaming

i will be streaming at 720 and 1080p both

right now my i5 2500k stock+gtx660+8gb ddr3 can stream dota and gta5 at 720p

for now sir what is your current budget that you can get for the CPU?
because if you get that CPU for gaming I think that would not be your best choice check this review:

https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Ryzen+5+1400

https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/AMD-Ryzen-5-1400/Rating/3922

the performance are not that good it is some what comparable to a FX 8350 for me is to go with 1600 it is way more better than 1400 I know it is bit expensive but if you think and study all the price to performance 1600 is more better value for you. the specifications and the performance of the 1600 is not that great but considering the benchmarks from other reviewers it is more better than getting a 1400 for multi-tasking it is good and since it is a 6 core 12 thread processor and the efficiency is better as well.

but if the budget is really short then I guess you can get 1400 and upgrade later onwards.

I would recommend to go with the 1600 (1600x if possible as they are almost the same price most of time) and get a b450 or a used b470 mobo.

This way you can always upgrade in the future for a better CPU without the need to buy a new mobo

Totally agree you here but he has a limited budget so he might go for 1400 CPU
so my advice is if your planning to get 1400 make sure to get a higher end MOBO so that you can upgrade your CPU later and at least your MOBO would still support it.
