[SOLVED] AMD Ryzen 2400g Crashing Far Cry 5

So I recently build my first PC with following specs-

CPU-Ryzen 5 2400g

GPU-Vega 11 integrated graphics

RAM-2*4 gb 2400 MHz

MOBO- MSI A320M pro max

I bought Far cry 5 and since I had seen several videos on youtube that 2400g can run FC5 on low setting. It was very strange to see it crash every 5 minutes or sometimes even during loading screen. Can anyone tell me why I can't seem to run it while others can with the same specs?

The PSU is Thermaltake Litepower 450W. I played Sekiro on high settings with ~30 FPS and played Total War Rome II on max settings with ~30 FPS. Haven't tried any other games yet. CPU Temp while playing Sekiro stayed around 64C.

It's likely either a cpu temp issue or a vrm temp issue...try removing the side panel of your case and pointing a room fan into the case to see if cooling it down more resolves the issue.

Thanks Guys it turns out that I didn't install the chipset drivers. It works now.
