Hello!

I just upgraded my pc. I have installed a Ryzen 7 2700x CPU. Together with a Gigabyte Aorus X470 Motherboard and 16 GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM.
I have not overclocked my system. And I am using the Wraith Prism stock cooler that came with the CPU. But after 3 hours of use there is a really strange noise coming out from it! I have turned off all my fans so you don't hear anything else (except a mouse click)

Please watch this video for my problem:

I have never heard anything like this before. Does anyone know here what this issue is? I made sure that there is enough airflow and that there is nothing stuck in the CPU-fan or heatsink.

I would love to have some guidance.

Thank you experts!

Edit note: I have restarted my PC and that has solved the issue for now, but I don't know how long it will take.

Solution
You can see in the video that the fan speed is changing. It almost sounds like either something is stuck, its hitting something or the bearings are faulty.

In my opinion I would contact AMD support to see about getting a replacement. The fan itself should not do that especially if it is new.
