AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Overclocked Temps

My Ryzen 3 1200 is overclocked at 3.7ghz using stock cooler and my temps is reaching 47 - 51 degrees on browsing and when in gaming it reaches 67-69 degrees. I am using CAM software by NZXT.

The question is, is the Stock cooler enough or should I go buy an aftermarket cooler like CM Hyper 212 for almost $30?

PS: If I really need to buy an aftermarket cooler can you recommend something along the lines of Hyper 212's pricing? Thank you.

PPS: I have bought Arctic MX-4 2gram Thermal compound online to check if it will help in the temps. Currently using Deepcool Z5 on the stock cooler

Its fine. you can get it close to 4 Ghz on stock cooler. 70 *C is fine. up to 80 is great, 90*C Sould be worrying.

I have tried up to 3.9 and unfortunately i find it hard for it to boot so maybe i'm unlucky

with voltage adjustments it should go.
auto power setting probably go sky high on 3.9
