I just ran Prime95 26.6 (smallFFT) i found the temperature went upto 92 degrees, the test lasted for about 4 minutes, is it normal temperature ?
92.jpg

I am using the Stock cooler.
Should i get a aftermarket CPU cooler ?
When the CPU is idle it is around 41C and while browsing it is between 45-59, I have not played any games so far.
My specs are : AMD Ryzen 3 2200G( disable the VEGA 8 onboard graphics)
Asus Ex 320 Gaming motherboard
Gskill RAM 8GB(1 X 8)
Corsair VS 550
Zotac Geforce GTX 1050Ti

91 degrees is quite hot, but if it was prime95 you were using then your cpu will never each that temperature while gaming or browsing. Just turn up your cpu cooler to max speed at all times and (as long as the noise doesn't bother you too much) you will be fine. If your temps stay similar you may need to reapply thermal paste, and only after that should you consider getting an aftermarket cooler.

Actually I already ran a Prime95 (version 29) and the temperature hike was much higher than this, it reached 90-95 with 2 minutes then i read that Prime95 (29 version) punishes the cpu too much so it is better to test with 26.6 not any version later than 26.6, also before testing with 26.6 I went into BIOS settings and i manually i assigned my CPU and CHA_1 fan to run in heavy duty when the temperature(CPU ) goes beyond 45.

Actually I thought AMD ryzen 3 2200G come with pre applied Thermal paste, so no need of applying it again. Any way please tell me how to remove the already present thermal paste from bottom of the fan and above the processor, so i just wipe it with a dry cloth or should i use some specific solution.

If you want to remove it completely you will need some sort of alcohol, although I am really not too sure what type. I would recommend watching a video as there are countless ones that teach you what to use and how to actually remove the thermal paste.

Replacing the paste will drop 2-3c at best.

I think your issue lies in bad cooler fitment , if you dont tighten the screws on the wraith uniformly a turn at a time befire moving,on the next one the cooler can tend to lift up on one corner which means its not sitting flat one the cpu.

Also case & cooling which you've not mentioned at all play a big part.

Now again i ran the test by keeping my CPU horizontally , Side case opened the temperature kept hovering at 86-87.

My case is Antec P7 window(link), which has 1 120mm fan in the rear and you can install either 2 140mm or 3 120mm
the rear fan comes along with the case, i bought a 140mm fan and connected it to motherboard , so now i can install one more 140mm fan in the case.
Regarding cooling I am using stock cooler which came along with AMD Ryzen 3 2200G.

You seem to have a mild overclock on the cpu, with the voltage at 1.35. If you turn the frequency and voltage back to default you will likely see a difference in temps.
