amd ryzen 3 2200g issues since upgrade

installed ryzen 3 2200g to asus A320M-C R2.0 motherboard with 16g ram power supply thermaltake 500w 80 plus storage toshiba DT01ACA100 1 tb windows 10 pro all updates installed
so the issue is when i restart for windows updates computer freezes and I have to restart manually with power button mouse and keyboard become unresponsive going on the web or watching videos it will randomly freeze and I have to to a hard restart all drivers are up to date as far as I can tell

Have you tested the ram with memtest?

I'd test the RAM. Also make sure you're running the latest bios.

Was this a clean install of windows?

clean install windows 10 pro memtest passed latest bios 3803 i believe
