Question Amd Ryzen 3900x

I just done my setup, Ryzen 3900x, Corsair Vengeance 2x16 3600mhz, Asus Ryujin 360, Asus X570-F Gaming plus 3 coolers from amazon. Now I got the problem with the temps, I mean I just seen in games the CPU temp is reaching 45-50 degrees, for 1 second is 38 and then is just jumping to 48-49 than it s going back to 35 even lower, in "unload" I got a stable 30. My biggest concern is about "PCH Diode" that sensor is indicating 60+. My questions are, this temperatures gonna affect during the time ? and is not a mode to set the frequency of the CPU ( mine is fluctoating between 3800 and 4600mhz) ?

I tried Aida64 and Armory Crate ( asus monitoring system) and they are showing exactly the same temperatures.

I also want to say I haven't change the original thermal paste that have been on the asus cooler.

What are the assorted core temps when all cores are loaded such as in CPU-Z/bench/stress CPU? (fluctuating temps bouncing around in lock step with clock speed increases is normal, and, temps in only the 50's would be great for a 3900X, especially if under an all core load at 4.x GHz...; I'd expect temps in the low 70C range if clocks are ramping up properly under PBO operation...)

Hi and sorry for the delayed time,
So I just run CPU-Z stress test and is looking like this ( https://valid.x86.fr/qg7h1j ), I tried to read every core temp but I couldn't find an app that reads every core temp ( I also see on another forum the Amd processors are running only with 1 sensor of temp),

this is what I can get with my apps if it helps, if not if you can recommend me an monitoring system.

It is possible that the factory thermal grease was applied unevenly.

As I could see in the time I mounted the cooler it was looking good for me, not thick not large
