Hello, I just recently bought a pc to be exact the hp pavilion gaming desktop 690-0018 and I want to upgrade my graphics card but since I'm new to this kind of stuff I don't know if the graphics card for this processor ryzen 5 2400G w/ rx vega 11 graphics(integrated) is able to be upgraded and I really need help so if anyone can I'm open for anything

Yes, you can always add a discrete gfx card. But you can't replace the Vega 11 iGPU. That is part of the CPU. What motherboard do you have, PSU, and case?
