Question AMD Ryzen 5 3600x running at 83 degrees celcius on BIOS

The CPU Package temp is at 94 degrees Celsius, but I have no clue what that is. I'm using an H80i v2 cooler and a ROG Strix X570-F motherboard. Does anyone know what is happening? I did apply new thermal paste.

It's new and yup, it should be.

I have heard people say that mounting the cooler a bit more tightly, also around the edges helped for them, i have a ryzen 7 3700x which should be harder to cool than yours, and i use a dark rock slim with idle temps of 42 degrees and under full load 65 degrees. So maybe try apply new thermal paste (cross shape spreading to cover edges more) and mount it again, also try use ryzen master, since the guys from amd said that was the most accurate.

Many things like cooler fans are not adjusted when in BIOS and it's not in any power saving mode so in modern MBs that is not same temperature as at real idle.
