Hi i want to buy amd ryzen 5 5600g but i am afraid of the high temperature of cpu because in egypt the weather is very hot most of the year (42c-35c).
Am i need cooler for cpu or i can use only its original fan?
((i can't buy cooler cpu because it very expensive in my country))

Temperature in my area is lower, but I have the 5600x, with my system I am using the wraith prism cooler(this was a stock cooler from older higher end model cpus) and my temperature usually stays in the 50s even under full load. The 5600g looks to be only a 65 watt cpu. You might look at a cooler like a cooler master hyper 212 or the vetroo v5 etc if you are concerned. Also make sure your case has good airflow. In my system I have 6 fans. You may not need that many, but at least 2-3 to get a good stream of air coming in and another to pull warm air out.

What will you be using the system for? If gaming, you'll be fine with the stock cooler.

It should be fine, just apply proper paste and make sure the stock cooler is secured. From experience my CPU started overheating, turns out the stock cooler wasnt tightened down enough. After that it worked just fine. Also if your GPU has fans that are tunable you can use those too.
