Why my amd ryzen 7 2700 base speed is 3.4ghz ? And hes normak base speed on amd site is 3.2ghz , and why I cant get higher than 3.37 ghz ?

Did you turn boost and PBO on ?

My son has this CPU and I can tell you that this is normal behaviour at stock settings.

What I did was use Ryzen Master to save some overclocking profiles. I set an all core clock of 3500 at 1.08125 cpu voltage, 3800 at 1.25v and 4000 at 1.3125v. Using this method it won't stay at these clock speeds constantly, but will maintain these speeds on all cores when it's needed for gaming, benchmarking, etc.
