Question Amd ryzen 7 3800 keeps restarting

I have this pc since 6 months ago and I had some problems to boot my pc, somtimes it worked for some minutes and suddenly restarted repeatedly but at last it couldn't even boot after a week and it kept restaring at the first seconds of booting. Actually I've replaced every component even the motherboard except the cpu and unexpectedly It wasn't solved. Even I have updated the bios. Then I tried to bring some changes in cpu setting at bios and wonderfully it was solved.

but this is my problem : If I use downcore at bios it uses 4 threads or 6 threads it works, with 16 threads it keeps restarting after some minutes working. Is it possible that the cpu has some issues? what can I do?

hi, if you have enabled XMP/A.XMP or D.O.C.P in your bios settings, try to disable it first
this setting overclocks your ram and sometimes system may get unstable

Yes.
gpu : Radeon RX 570 series 8gb
psu: cooler master MWE gold 850 w

I've disabled XMP but couldn't solve the problem. Please take a look at the bios settings below.

I have sent back my cpu to the seller for the waranty and they sent me a new cpu. It was actually a hardware cpu problem.
